We hope you are happy with your BitByBit cutting board. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may return it within the period stated below.
Right of Withdrawal
If you are a consumer based in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your online purchase within 14 days after receiving your order, without giving a reason. This follows the EU right of withdrawal for distance purchases.

Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, the product must be:

Returned within the 14-day return period

Clean, unused, and undamaged

Returned with the original packaging where reasonably possible
For hygiene reasons, we may not be able to accept returns of products that have clearly been used, washed, damaged, or handled beyond what is necessary to inspect the product.
Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Please make sure the return package is properly packed. BitByBit is not responsible for returns that are lost or damaged during return shipping.
Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you by email.
If the return is approved, we will refund the purchase amount using the original payment method. Refunds are usually processed within 14 days after we have received your return or after you have provided proof that the item has been shipped back.
For EU consumer returns, the standard outbound delivery cost will also be refunded where legally required. Any extra delivery costs resulting from choosing a more expensive shipping method than the standard option are not refundable.

Exchanges
At this moment, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different product, you can return your order and place a new order through the webshop.
Kickstarter Orders
Orders placed through Kickstarter are processed separately from webshop orders. Kickstarter rewards are handled according to the updates, terms, and fulfilment information shared through Kickstarter.
