BitByBit cutting boards are produced and shipped from the Netherlands. The production location and our shipping point are located close to each other, helping us keep transport distances as short as possible and reduce the overall footprint of each order.
After placing your order, you will automatically receive an order confirmation by email. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a track & trace code so you can follow your package.
Shipping Time
Orders are usually processed and shipped within 1 to 3 business days, unless stated otherwise on the product page.

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout and depend on the delivery address.
Our packaging is designed to protect the cutting boards properly during transport. We use a universal box, which means the package size is roughly the same whether you order one cutting board or a set. This helps protect the product but can affect shipping costs, especially outside Europe.
Packaging
Each order is packed carefully to prevent damage during transport. Our packaging is strong enough to ship the cutting boards safely, while being kept as compact as possible to avoid unnecessary material use.
International Orders
For orders outside the European Union, import duties, VAT, customs fees, or other local charges may apply. These costs are determined by the destination country and are the responsibility of the customer, unless stated otherwise during checkout.
BitByBit has no control over customs fees or customs-related delays.
Incorrect Delivery Address
Please check your delivery address carefully before placing your order. If a package cannot be delivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping costs may be charged to resend the order.
Contact us as soon as possible if you notice that your address is incorrect.

Did you support BitByBit through Kickstarter? Your reward will be processed according to the planning and information shared through Kickstarter. Webshop orders are processed separately from Kickstarter rewards.
